Refund & Return Policy

At GearTheory, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins.
